OurTeam was founded in 1985 by Bruce and Wanda Hollingsworth. They are actively involved in the daily management of the company. The Hollingsworth Family is not new to the Storm Damage Restoration business. Bruce and Wanda have been involved in the roofing business since 1979.

Bruce Hollingsworth understands the meaning of hard work. As a high school student, he worked for his dads hometown newspaper. Bruce learned the business from the ground up. After leaving his dads business in 1973 he starting working for a commercial printing company and that is where he learned his marketing skills. He left the printing in 1979 and went into the roofing business, bringing his knowledge of marketing the business, he quickly achieved tremendous success and has become the McDonalds of the roofing business.
